As 2016 approaches its end, I’m able to look back at this incredible year, and count many blessings.

For one, the Running Belt Max has sold very well since its launch almost one year ago — in fact— it has been in the top 50 best-selling running belts in the entire Amazon universe.

That’s saying a lot!

So, let me say now: ‘Thank You’ to the thousands who are enjoying our running belt waist pack!

Another blessing worth mentioning, is that I’m able to enjoy running, fitness and other sports and hobbies, and have been physically active since I was very young.

This is something a lot of us take for granted.

I’ll admit it, I have taken for granted being able to put on a pair of running shoes and go for a run; or a pair of boots and go for a hike in the woods; or don a pair of skis and hit the wintry mountains.

I’ve enjoyed many sports and activities during most of my 49 years of existence, and I am grateful for this.

Not everyone is this fortunate, however.

Some are born with physical disabilities, while others may have been in an accident, or were injured while on duty, and are unable to play sports, or swim, or go for a walk or run any longer.

I have found an organization that I’m passionate about, and since you've found this "running belt" site, perhaps you might find this interesting as well. This organization helps athletes who are physically challenged to be able to play sports and to be physically active. They offer prosthetics and other supplies to these athletes, as well as provide motivation and counseling to them.

It’s called the Challenged Athletes Foundation, located in San Diego, California. They’re a 501c3 charity, funded only by donations and grants.

For every Running Belt Max sold during the gift-giving month of December, we’re giving $1 to the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Also, we’re planning to donate running belts to the Foundation in 2017.
